Ok, now for what I really wanted to say.
I've been following the wake of the TD Jakes effect for a while, and cannot reccomend the link above highly enough. So many well meaning Christians are sucked in by the likes of a Jakes, and because he uses the same language, because he looks successful, because people “feel” something, they are deceived. I've met a number of well meaning but uninformed Christians who would cite Jakes as influences in their lives. I try to help them understand he is an influence, but a BAD one. Keep up the good work A-Team!
