You're probably right that the “therapeutic” pluralists (see: Oprah) level this charge at us more often than secular atheists, but I have a feeling that's because there are simply more of them. I actually find Dawkins even more obnoxious, because instead of calling us arrogant he just patronizes us for not catching up to our current state of evolution as quickly as he has. Still, you have a point, and you're definately right that the pluralists are arrogant in their own way like everyone else, and have no more room to judge in this area.

Good points, bit I often find that it isn't the secular atheist who levels the close-minded and arrogant charge, but the “theraputic, moralistic pluralist” (as I like to call them). The irony could be sweet were you to catch the secular atheist saying this (though i think they're saying this less and less, which is one of the few things I find refreshing about Dawkins); unfortunately, it's usually the pluralist making the complaint. Of course, there's irony in that, too – if the sentiment along the lines of, “those backward Christians who think they own the truth – they are so arrogant for telling other people that they're wrong!” isn't arrogant by the same standard, then I'm missing something.
