		<description><![CDATA[I love how much postmodern language she has to use to cover up the fact that her worldview is garbage.  As far as I can tell, there isn&#039;t a coherent sentence in that entire third paragraph.  I&#039;m glad she was able to break free of &quot;the narrative of reproduction&quot; long enough to jump into &quot;the narrative of worn-out liberal sound bites.&quot;
And where exactly does she get off telling anyone what the purpose of art is?  Does art have an objective purpose?  And if not, why doesn&#039;t she just admit that it&#039;s merely her feebly held opinion of the purpose of art within her own little world of linguistic constructions???
I also find it very difficult to believe that she genuinely had no idea that something like this would be a &quot;scandal.&quot;  Either she&#039;s been living in a windowless bubble since roe v. wade, or Yale just isn&#039;t producing the kind of students it used to.
